ATA-500UV is a laboratory-level solution with HAAS-2000 series of High Accuracy Array Spectroradiometer as the core.The design of constant temperature system enables the system to conduct professional photometric, chromaticity and temperature testing for UV LED, which is the most ideal solution for the rapid testing of UV LED.

Main Characteristics

1. The core equipment belongs to the HAAS-2000 high accuracy array spectroradiometer family, which has high sensitivity in the UV wavelength and meets the weak signal measurement requirements of ultraviolet LED, especially UVC wavelength.

2. 200-450nm UV special test wavelength, higher UV sensitivity, high measurement accuracy, can analyze the comprehensive characteristics of UV LED packaging under different shell temperature/junction temperature, powerful testing function.

3. The measurement function of pulse mode and constant current mode can be realized.

4. Spectroscopy tests the radiance parameters and is not affected by the spectral distribution of the measured light source and the detector response function.
