Typical Application Scenarios

The system is equipped with imaging (color) photometers, multidimensional turntables, windscreen support brackets, and HUD professional measurement and analysis software. It can realize optical characteristic testing for conventional HUD and AR-HUD. Following the development changes of HUD, HUD-3000 provides complete luminance, size, and color measurement for HUD virtual images, meeting the measurement needs of quality inspection, research and development, and production of HUD products. Based on international standards such as SAE J1757-1, SAE J1757-2, and ISO15008, HUD-3000 can achieve the measurement of optical characteristics such as FOV angle, virtual image distance (VID), luminacme, chromaticity, virtual image contrast (MTF), Eyebox, BlackMura, etc.

Main Characteristics

1. High precision and high repeatability measurement

Equipped with high-precision brightness and chromaticity measurement equipment, using scientific-grade refrigerated face array detectors, and detectors with spectral response highly matching the human eye three-stimulus value curve to accurately measure the color quality of HUD virtual images.

2. Multidimensional automated turntable precision testing

Multiaxial automated turntable simulates different driving positions of the car, realizing all-round testing of HUD optical characteristics to meet the needs of different models of cars and different driving populations.

3. Powerful software analysis function, realizing full-function detection of HUD optical characteristics

Intelligent analysis software supports single-item and serialized testing and supports diversified analysis of various parameters, including brightness, chromaticity, MTF, contrast, image quality analysis, etc.
