EVERFINE ATA-500/1000 Auto-temperatured LED Opto-electronic Analyzer controls the temperature of the tested LED through an external temperature control platform, and realizes the photometric, colorimetric and electrical parameters measurement of LEDs under different junction temperatures in pulse mode and DC mode, fully meeting the measurement and analysis requirements for automotive lamp LED packaging development and testing.

Main Characteristics

1. Analyze the comprehensive photometric & colorimetric & electrical characteristics of LED at different case / junction temperature.

Using the world's leading spectroradiometer technology, it measures the photochromic comprehensive characteristics of single LED, integrated package COB, LED module and other products at different case temperature/junction temperature.

2. High accuracy, fast speed, and high power.

Equipped with a high accuracy, stable, and fast temperature control platform, it has the characteristics of high control accuracy, fast speed, and high power.

3. Pulse & constant current mode measurement are available.

With the EVERFINE special test power supply, the transient optical characteristics of LED (pulse measurement) and constant optical characteristics measurement (DC measurement) can be measured.
