Far OA-3000 is a system designed and developed for quality control of the manufacturing process of headlamps, which is an online adjustment and fast measurement system for headlamp shape. The system integrates precision optical measurement unit, precision power supply unit and artificial intelligence algorithm, effectively integrates international standards, national standards and human visual recognition judgment functions, and is equipped with a large display screen, the system is easy to operate, accurate measurement, stable performance, and can effectively produce line to detect the quality of lamp products.
