VGS-200 VCSEL gonioradiometer system integrates radiation distribution, optical safety, spectral characteristics, electrical characteristics and other measurement functions in one scan measurement, while measuring multiple parameters, high test accuracy, good synchronization, suitable for VCSEL product quality inspection, R & D laboratory and other test occasions.

Main Characteristics

1.In one scan measurement, spectral, radiant power, voltage, current, FOV, eye safety, and far-field characteristics are obtained simultaneously. The typical distance of FOV evaluation was 250mm. Human eye safety evaluation distance is 100mm; The typical distance of far-field evaluation is 1000mm

2.Excellent synchronous design to ensure that the VCSEL measures the radiation intensity distribution under pulse conditions;

3.Equipped With VCSEL temperature characteristic measurement function (optional): the temperature control accuracy is up to 0.1℃, accurate measurement and evaluation of VCSEL performance parameters under the given temperature conditions;

4.The measurement speed can reach ms level to meet the requirements of production line; large dynamic range and high sensitivity
