Ultra-low noise detector using scientific grade low stray light dispersion unit and constant temperature refrigeration, especially suitable for the spectrum and radiation high performance measurement of infrared emission devices such as infrared LED.

2. Millisecond Test Speed and High Repeatability and Stability

The entire spectral range can be accurately measured in a very short measurement time. The instrument does not have a scanning mechanism for mechanical motion, and the only temperature factor that will affect it is also controlled to the level of-10℃± 0.05℃ by the thermostatic refrigeration technology, and the measurement repeatability and stability are extremely high.
