Typical Application Scenarios

UCRD-200 UV cured radiation dosimetry is specialized equipment for UV curing radiation dometry with LED as UV radiation source. Its main functions include irradiance measurement, irradiance change curve recording, radiation dose (total amount of cured radiation) measurement, uniformity analysis, etc.

Main Characteristics

1.Thin probe size to meet the requirements of radiation dose measurement and uniformity analysis;

2.The probe and the host use wireless communication mode to realize the remote measurement and automatic recording of ultraviolet radiation, which is convenient for measuring, and protects the safety of measuring personnel;

3.The sampling frequency can be up to 10 kHz, which can accurately measure and analyze the change of radiation illumination over time and position, analyze the radiation dose value and its uniformity, and guide the production or adjust the equipment;
