ATA-500 is mainly used to mearsure the photometric&colorimetric&electrical characteristics of Micro LED screen and optical engine at different temperatures.

Main Characteristics

1. TEC automatic temperature control

Using the world's leading spectroradiometer technology, it measures the photochromic comprehensive characteristics of single LED, Mircro LED,optical engine and other products at different case temperature/junction temperature.

3. Pulse&Constant Measurement Mode

With the EVERFINE special test power supply, the transient optical characteristics of LED can be measured (pulse measurement) and constant optical characteristics measurement (DC measurement).
