ATA-500/1000 controls the temperature of the LED, and the photochromatic-electric performance of the LED under different junction temperatures can be measured and analyzed in pulse mode or DC mode on patented software.

Using the world's leading spectroradiometer technology, it measures the photochromic comprehensive characteristics of single LED, integrated package COB, LED module and other products at different case temperature/junction temperature.
